The Boodle

A variety of seafood including crabs, mussels, shrimps and clams drenched with mild spicy herbed lemon butter sauce is served along both boodle choices – the Thrayful Boodle and the Banshee Boodle. The grilled corn and the unlimited rice must not be forgotten. Both boodle may be served for 2 or a guild for 4. Whether in a date with your also-fan partner or with the entire guild, don’t miss out the flavorful boodle served at The Thray. Just to properly set your expectations, the price is worth the taste. If northern Cebu has Cebu Safari and Adventure Park in Carmen, and Cebu City will soon to have the Cebu Ocean Park in Summer 2019 — well, in the south, they will have the FIRST and ONLY world-class theme park in Visayas. Get ready for the happiest place in Cebu, the Anjo World Theme Park at Belmont One in Minglanilla.

Anjo World is Cebu’s first and only world-class theme park within Belmont One. It is also the first integrated family entertainment complex in Cebu, and will feature different themed zones based on the different continents of the world- Europe, Asia, America, Africa, all in one setting.

Officially opened last December 22, 2018, Anjo World Theme Park already operates 9 out of 12 exciting rides, plus a wonderful winter experience at Snow World Cebu.

BY JEEPNEY:
– From CIT University or Punta Princesa or Bulacao/Pardo, ride any jeepney (usually 43/44) going to Minglanilla / Naga.
– From SM City Cebu, ride any jeepney (usually 10H) bound for Bulacao or Pardo. From there, ride another jeepney (43/44) going to Minglanilla / Naga.
– Or from Ayala Center Cebu, ride a 12L jeepney going to Punta Princesa.

Mga laagan sa Sugbo, rejoice! The newest attraction in Brgy. Lusuran, Cebu City has been built just for the selfie enthusiasts!

Opened to the public just last September 7, 2018, the Neri’s Ville Selfie Corner is located at Sitio Bombil, Barangay Lusaran, Cebu City. It features several “Instagrammable spots” to help build your ultimate feed goals while enjoying nature’s fresh air and breathtaking scenery.

Inspired by Bali, Indonesia and New Zealand’s Hobbit House, the Neri’s Ville Selfie Corner is open daily (Mondays to Sundays) from 8AM to 7PM. Entrance fee is only ₱50 per head.

Bring your own food and drinks since they don’t have a restaurant yet. But they sell bottled waters.

Only 30-45 minutes drive from Colon, another 30 mins from the highway to Brgy. Lusaran. Road is concrete.

BY JEEPNEY: Ride any jeepney going to Talamban via Pit-os. Or, 62B or 62C jeepney from Cebu City. Drop off at the Flying V gasoline station in Pit-os where you can find many habal-habal. From there, ride a habal-habal going to Sitio Bombil in Barangay Lusaran. Fare is ₱100 per head (one-way).

BY CAR: If you’re bringing your own car, just navigate with Waze or Google Maps and search for “Lusaran Cebu City”. Then ask around where you can find “Sitio Bombil” or Nora’s Ville.

The much-awaited reunion of well-loved 90s band A1 is finally happening!

This time, fans will surely be thrilled as Paul Marazzi joins his original band mates Ben Adams, Mark Read, and Christian Ingebrigtsen for the British-Norwegian band’s 20th Anniversary “Reunion” Tour 2018.

The A1 Reunion Concert Tour in Cebu will stage on October 25, 2018 at the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino.

A1 had their first breakthrough in the UK in 1999 with a collection of hit singles from their debut album. They went on to have international Top 10 and number 1 hits like Caught in The Middle, Same Old Brand New You, their cover of the A-Ha classic Take On Me, Everytime, and Heaven by Your Side.

The band also achieved huge success in the UK, Europe and across Asia, including a Brit Award for ‘Best British Breakthrough Act’ in 2001. A1 has accumulated over 10 million record sales worldwide.

Originally a quartet, A1 enjoyed success from late 90s to early 2000s. The band has formed a bond that they decided to get together seven years after their split and represent Norway for “2010 Eurovision Song Contest” with Don’t Wanna Lose You Again.

In February 2012, A1 performed with Blue and Jeff Timmons of 98 Degrees in “The Greatest Hits Tour,” which took them to Singapore, Philippines and Indonesia. They loved their two-week stay and charity work here that they held a benefit show in November for the underprivileged kids of Cebu.

BY HABAL-HABAL: Ride a motorbike (max of 2 persons per bike), near or surrounding from JY Square Mall in Lahug. It would cost only ₱100 per head per way – ₱150 for 2 people. You may need to pay more and schedule ahead if you want a ride back from the city. Inform the driver to drop you off at Bukid Restobar (few meters away from Temple of Leah, or show him the map below).

BY TAXI/GRAB: T\Max of 4 persons only per car. Some drivers might be okay with it, some are not. Some might ask for more, so be understanding and negotiate well since the road is a bit steep. Estimated cost is ₱200-250 per way from the city (Ayala Center).

BY CAR: This is the best option, if you want to have peace of mind and not worry about your way back home. The road is concrete and well-maintained, but a bit steep so it’s safe to bring your own car. Parking space is also available. The restobar cannot be found yet on Waze or Google Maps, so you may set your destination to “Temple of Leah” instead and from there, follow the map image below.
