Potterheads, assemble! This is something we’ve all been waiting for.
You might not have yet received your Hogwarts letter but you can still experience a taste of the magical world through Broom Café in Cebu City.
Broom Café is a Harry Potter-themed café that is after our witch/wizard’s heart. For sure, it’s not the three broomsticks. But hey, who wants drunk witches and wizards when we can have highly caffeinated and milk tea filled chill ones?
You can also get sorted into your houses and actually wear your house colors. You can choose to be a brave Gryffindor, cunning Slytherin, wise Ravenclaw, and a kind Hupplepuff.
What are you waiting for? Pick up your wand and disapparate into this café now. Open daily from 9AM to 10PM, Broom Café is located at Borromeo Plaza II, A. Borromeo Street, Cebu City (the arcade right beside USJR Main in Carbon).
PROMO ALERT: Orders that reach a worth of 350 pesos will get an avocado or mango float for FREE.

The Philippines has the sweetest and most delicious mangoes in the world. No contest.
So when a store shows up offering every mango infested desserts and food that someone can come up with, expect that the people will flock there in no time. This new, trending dessert shop does not disappoint, and it has arrived in Cebu.
Miguelitos Hyped Mangoes serves you juice, shakes, ice cream sundae, mango float and even have this unique innovation of a mango sticky rice. What’s more interesting is that, they serve 80% less sugar on their soft serve ice cream.
My favorite so far is their signature Hyped Mangoes, a mango ice cream filled with caramel sauce, mango sauce and chopped mango topped with crushed grahams and a special cream. This complete set will make you come back for more.
The craving of mangoes have always been
present in us Cebuanos, Miguelito’s Hyped Mango just upgraded it and made it a
phenomenon. Incorporating mango into all those delicacies have never tasted so
good.
We all surely got hyped. Were you? Try it now!

Although we love the heat and warmth of summer, we’ve always felt that urge to someday experience a wintry ambiance. As you stride your feet along the snowy surface, believe that you can find love at your first glide at the Ice Skating World in SM Seaside City Cebu.
There are two points to remember before you go skating: perfect fit and balance.
“Perfect fit” refers to which skating boots to use. Use boots that fits exactly to your feet so you won’t fall off easily on the skating arena.
“Balance” is something I lack so I decided to use the “polar bear assistance” since I felt like I’m not going to be having fun by just holding on to the railings all the time.
I fell too many times still, tried and tried until I knew a simple trick. The trick was “to ask”. What I’ve noticed about the people inside the skating rink is that even though we’re all strangers to each other, they cared to give tips on how to balance and skate. They also shared their own first skating stories the moment I started asking.
The experience of my first ice
skating was not a total disaster because I was able to make new friends inside
the frosty field.
Make that first skate of yours memorable and
extraordinary by enjoying the whole experience, especially the countless
falling downs. Get ready to juggle your frosty feels and chilly feet at the Ice
Skating World.
Note: The place was literally
frosty and cold as it seems in pictures so I would advise you to wear winter
outfits inside and also to bring your own gloves and socks.

There is no greater feeling than being surrounded by thousands of beautiful flowers, the wind blowing your way and the sun’s warm touch on your skin. You will truly feel like being in the movies, falling in love and having your heart racing hard as you visit this fresh new place Cebu has to offer.
What makes this place so different is it is not a flower farm. It’s 100% nature. Aserets are wild orchids that just grow naturally in Cansaloay Oslob. Not only that, these wild orchids only grow here in the mountain fields of Cansaloay. No other mountains in Oslob beholds this sight in their midst.
Washa Mae Ukay UkayWasha Mae Ukay Ukay
These lovely pink Aseret flowers can be found in the mountains of Brgy. Cansaloay, Oslob Cebu. It is indeed worthy of being the newest addition to the ever-growing list of “breath-taking and must-see flower sights” bucket list for our sugboanons. It has NO entrance fee!
Since these wild orchids are nature grown and not protected by any sort, there is the off chance that due to many visitors, most of the areas are already in its worst states. But fear not, these flowers will continue to grow again during the next rainy season. However, this is no reason for us to be irresponsible of our trashes when we visit this place.
