Satisfy your cravings at Krave Café

0
kravecafe-sugboph

Cafés or coffee shops are almost everywhere in the metro. Some have interesting themes or concepts to attract customers while some focus more on serving good coffee (and food). But apart from these criteria, people also consider the WiFi speed, the comfort and ambiance, the Instagram-worthy food and/or cafe aesthetics, etc…

But this new all-day breakfast spot in Lahug, the Krave Café, bids to go all out to give everything a customer could want and more. And so far, it’s one of the very few cafes in Cebu who got an average rating of 4.9 on Facebook — must be good, right?

krave-cafe-cebu

krave-cafe-cebu

Seeing the photos alone, Krave Café is pretty much simple and straightforward with its industrial chic interiors and cozy ambiance — perfect venue for chitchatting with friends, studying or working, and even spending some alone time.

Krave Café promises to serve good food and coffee — from brewed to frappes, and premium tea selection and fruit smoothies for non-coffee drinkers. Some of its best-sellers include the S’mores and Cinnamon Roll pancakes and the Krave Champorado paired with its special fresh danggit. Yep, Krave Cafe lives up to its name.

Make your own halo-halo at Hans’

0
hanshalohalo-cebu-sugboph

What dessert are Filipinos most known of? Without a doubt, and Google agrees, it is HALO-HALO. You can find halo-halo everywhere, almost in any city or town. But among all the types and flavors and styles of halo-halo around the Philippines, there are few that stand out. In our experience, one of which is Hans’ Halo-Halo in Brgy. Tisa, Cebu City.

hanshalohalo

Your choice is always the best!

Here comes the reason why Hans’ Halo-Halo still stands out amidst the tight competition within its vicinity — you get to choose and eat only what you like. Whether you prefer it simple and unadorned, or bursting with a dozen or more ingredients, you are definitely spoiled for choice.

Simply pick your own ingredients, mix them with Hans’ signature “creamy ice”, and indulge until the last drop.

hanshalohalo

hanshalohalo

hanshalohalo

hanshalohalo

Hans’ has two (2) halo-halo variants:
• Special – choose up to six (6) ingredients – Php 65
• Supreme – choose up to eleven (11) ingredients – Php 110

And these are the ingredients you can choose from:

  1. Corn Flakes
  2. Nata De Coco
  3. Mais
  4. Leche Flan
  5. Ube
  6. Mongo
  7. Saba
  8. Sago
  9. Gulaman
  10. Langka
  11. Coconut

hanshalohalo

Halo-halo’s bestfriends

It seems like Hans’ knows best. They have a good variety of affordable finger foods best paired to your halo-halo. And seriously, they taste really good!

You will never leave the store unfulfilled. Hans’ offers the famous siomai sa Tisa and the all-time favorite fries — you’ll get surprised the powder they’re using tastes almost similar as Potato Corner’s.

Unique café experience at Green House Coffee & Dessert

0
greenhousetalambancebu

greenhousecoffeedesserts

Unique. I must say, this is the word that best describes this café from the place itself to the food they offer. If you need a break from the typical café setting, Green House Coffee and Dessert is here to refresh your senses.

greenhousecoffeedesserts

Don’t be deceived by its name because the word “green” in “Green House” doesn’t associate with vegetables, nor it’s a vegan-themed café. Green House Coffee and Dessert offers wide choices from delectable meals to dessert bites and drinks.

greenhousecoffeedesserts

greenhousecoffeedesserts

To start your day, Green House café offers all-day breakfast meals served with house blended coffee or Ceylon Kisses Tea and Sandwiches served with vegetable chips.

The surprising taste of the combination of their chocolate fondant paired with complimentary ice cream is worth the try especially the Dark Chocolate Fondant with Vanilla Ice Cream & Mixed Berries compote which has a rich and familiar taste.

greenhousecoffeedesserts

To all Matcha lovers out there, this cafe is also oozing with matcha and definitely one of its best-sellers. From the Japanese Matcha Cheese Cake to their Matcha frappe, it surely would satisfy your cravings for the beloved flavor. The unusual form of the Matcha Egg Waffle with Red Bean Cream and Vanilla Gelato makes it Instagram-worthy; well, all of their food are.

greenhousecoffeedesserts

greenhousecoffeedesserts

Another factor that contributes to its uniqueness is the place itself. Perhaps this was called the “Green House” because of the relaxing woody color of the interior and its great lighting makes the atmosphere the best place to work, study or hang out. The café is spacious and they also have a shelf of good books for you to borrow while waiting for your order or while enjoying your food and drinks.
