Squat Goals: Cebu’s Pungko-pungko in style

“Bahala’g pobre basta hilas.” Now you can enjoy some of Cebu’s famous street food without going out of style.

As we know it, Netflix recently highlighted Cebu’s wide array of street food. Though there were many people who were satisfied about the feature (and some against it), there’s no debate Cebu has a diverse yet tasty street food. Some of these famous street food can be found in just a box in any pungko-pungko, low-seating on little benches with a small table.

Located along the highway in Basak Pardo, Cebu City, Squat Goals offers the famous tuslob buwa (gravy-like bubble dip), Siomai sa Tisa, Ginabot (pork cracklings / chicharon bulaklak), Lumpia, among others.
