Famous for their milk boba (aka the tiny, chewy black balls at the bottom of the drink) all over Asia, Black Dragon, an international brand of international taste, has opened up its first-ever store in the Philippines, and it’s here in Cebu at SM Seaside City.
Black Dragon‘s black boba, fresh milk, okinawa brown sugar, and the abundant mouth-watering cheese cream on their milk teas have captured the heart of all milk tea lovers.
A certified miktea addict myself, one sip can tell you that their milktea is rich in flavor and proves to be one of the creamiest bubble tea you’ll ever taste.
Boba Dessert
Another treat you should definitely try is their Sugar Boba Dessert, which is hailed to be no.1 in Taiwan.
This dessert took us by surprise because it doesn’t only look good, but also feels good. It is so delicious, one bite will make you happy. Though all desserts do this, this one has the perfect blend of sweetness, saltiness and creaminess.

The Land Transportation Office
(LTO) will require all student permit applicants to undergo a 15-hour driving
seminar starting April 2020.
The driving seminar is expected to be one of the ‘solutions’ to the traffic jam problem. According to LTO, by requiring all applicants to undergo a more comprehensive seminar, they are also expecting to produce more intelligent drivers. Hence, minimizing the traffic and the accidents.
Requiring the applicants to
undergo the seminar is embodied in the Memorandum Circular 2019-2176. The
seminar will focus on traffic laws and basic lessons about driving.
Director of LTO Central Visayas
said that all driving centers will have to apply for accredication.
“So far, 21 schools have been accredited. Same concept with medical clinics. Electronic certificates are transmitted to LTO from the accredited schools. We are alos in discussions with LGUs (Local Government Units) for public driving schools which LTO will accredit,”
– Victor Caindec, Director of LTO Central Visayas
Based on the memorandum, individuals
who complete the 15-hour theoretical driving course will receive certificates
of driving course completion, which will be automatically transmitted to the
LTO by driving course centers.
The student permit is a
pre-requisite for the issuance of a driver’s license.

There’s one
place in every Filipino’s mind when we think about ‘cool place’, and no, it’s
not your air-conditioned bedroom but a destination where there are lots of pine
trees and rice fields. Yes, it’s Baguio City! Aside from the tall trees and
beautiful tourist spots around, there is one thing that Baguio is most famous
about –a farm full of delicious strawberries!
However, do not fret if you do not have the time and enough savings to fly to Baguio because not many people know, we can actually experience a taste of Baguio in Cebu, at Sergio’s Strawberry Farm. And it’s situated right at the Summer Capital in the South.
The town of
Dalaguete is regarded as the Summer Capital in the South because of its cold
climate which prevails in Barangay Maloray and Barangay Mantalongon – the
reason why the strawberry farm developed where visitors can freshly pick,
purchase, and munch.
