Pentagon releases three UFO videos taken by US navy pilots

“We are not alone” is statement that is slowly becoming true.

Aside from the global pandemic issue, we now have UFO’s on top of it.

I don’t know if you’ve seen the viral leaked videos of unidentified flying objects but the Pentagon have just released a statement telling us that the videos are legit and that they are indeed UFO’s.

The United States Department of Defense (Pentagon) has officially classified the “aerial phenomena” in the three leaked videos shot by the U.S. Navy as “unidentified”.

Watch this footage from Bloomberg:

In the videos, you can see an oblong-shaped entity dashing above water at high speed.

The first video was taken in November 2004 and the other two in November 2015 and was leaked in 2007 and 2017 and have sparked speculations for the past years.

They have only been authorized for release by the Pentagon recently to “clear up any misconceptions by the public” about their authenticity.

The existence of a U.S. $22 million-funded program which looks into reports of UFOs have also been confirmed in 2017. The program started in 2007 as part of the Defense Intelligence Agency and lasted until 2012.

May Fr. De Guzman and Fr. Bacatan, along with the other lawyers, bring justice to those who deserve it.

Spotted: John Lloyd Cruz in Guadalupe, Cebu City asking how he can help

If you think you have gotten enough of John Lloyd Cruz during the IG live, think again.

Kapamilya actor John Lloyd Cruz was seen along the streets of Brgy. Guadalupe, Cebu City. He was spotted talking with Brgy. Captain Michael Gacasan to ask ways on how he and Unilab could help amid the COVID-19 crisis.

Cruz, as remembered, had a talk with Bea Alonzo, her then onscreen partner, about the CoVID-19 pandemic during their IG live. He has been reportedly providing vitamins to those who are in need in Guadalupe.

A smile that could light up the whole world.

Baby Boy Jin Riley Mallapre was born into the world with a smile on his face. He greeted the world with a smile that has lifted the spirits of everyone in CebuDoc.

The heartwarming photo was taken by one of the doctors, Dr. Silver and had taken the netizens by storm. A crying baby is normal but a smiling newborn baby, well that is a blessing through an angel during these trying times.

DOT: Foreign travel might not yet happen within the year

Department of Tourism just announced that travel outside the country even if the enhanced community quarantine is lifted will have to wait until next year.

“International travel might not happen this year. At this point in time, traveling (abroad) is but a dream” – Bernadette Romulo-Puyat, Tourism Secretary

As what have been stated before, social distancing will be the new norm in the world and as with tourism. A new normal will be implemented until a vaccine for the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is found.

DOT action plans includes:

1. Mandatory regular sanitation or disinfection of hotels and accommodation facilities, tourism transport services and tourism-related establishments such as meeting and exhibit venues, restaurants and spas.

2. Inspection of tourism establishments would be conducted regularly.

3. Sanitation and disinfecting devices, including personal protective equipment, will be provided for tourism workers.

4. Pursue the development of online systems that can facilitate tourism-related transactions digitally such as applications for accreditation, training and modules, and retail.

5. Advise hotels to establish systems for contactless check-in, where guests can simply get their keycards and proceed straight to their rooms.

6. Do away with breakfast buffets that require guests to use the same serving spoons to get food and instead provide bento boxes, expand their kitchens and institute better spacing of tables to allow proper social distancing.

7. Limit the capacity of tourism transportation, restaurants and tourist spots such as parks, museums and meeting/convention facilities.

We should all learn to adjust and adapt to the new norm as a means to battle this pandemic.

Fast & affordable SpaceX internet service in about 6 months

The internet may have as well saved us this quarantine. With almost everyone inside their homes, it’s the most useful tool there is for us.

With entertainment, news and work, its importance has been cemented and lucky for us, we might get to experience the new SpaceX’s satellite internet service dubbed as “Starlink” in six months.

Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla

Starlink is promising to bring:

  • Fast and affordable internet to any location in the world
  • Ideal for people who live in remote areas or under served markets with few options for home broadband
  • Download speeds of up to 1Gbps
  • Latency ranging between 25 to 35 milliseconds (on par with ground-based broadband services)

SpaceX’s network is designed to achieve faster speeds by using low Earth orbit (LEO) satellites.

They now have a total of 420 Starlink satellites in space currently in operation. They are planning to have as many as 40,000 satellites flying around the planet while they ferry data between ground stations and internet users below.

Starlink is scheduled to go global in 2021. Cost for the internet service was not yet announced, but they plan on supplying customers with a Starlink terminal you can easily place in your home.

The pandemic is bringing us closer to our future of robot food delivery

Robots may sooner walk among us or should I say pass by us?

The global pandemic has made people pay attention to a new technology developed, small sidewalk robots.

These are buzzing, six-wheeled, microwave-sized robot that zips along sidewalks, turns, and parks. The robots are large white cooler on wheels. These delivery robots are from a startup business Starship and have been operating on George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia campus since early last year.

This delivery robot invention is perfect for the situation we have today wherein people could get food without the risks of face-to-face interactions.

They are safe for general use since they are light and slow-moving enough that they’re unlikely to hurt anyone.

Sidewalk robot companies like Starship and Kiwibot are now rapidly building new robots and roll out service to new areas.

Robot deliveries have been operating in the US for quite a while now and have been delivering food to real customers. It won’t be a surprise to see them buzzing around our neighborhood soon.
