At first glance, Tabogon might be
relatively unknown as a tourism hotspot in Cebu. In fact, some Cebuanos do not
even know that such town exists. But in reality, there’s loads of fun things
and adventures you can delve in in this quiet, sleepy town in northern Cebu.
Tabogon is known for the aquatic activities that you can do while you are there. That includes fishing, diving and more importantly, exploring the marine life.
What To Do in Tabogon
1. Guiwanon Cold Spring
Perfect for that stressful and humid 3-hour
commute, Guiwanon Cold Spring holds true to its name; with its icy and
crystal-clear fresh water, you’ll surely have a splash.
If you want to see how mangroves do their
magic, this park is a great place to be. The Salag Bridge is also amazing for
taking Insta-worthy photos.

3. Badiang Gamay Beach
Badiang Gamay Beach in Tabogon is an unfamiliar beach destination in the north that resembles to Kinatarcan Island with its crystal clear water, surrounded by many trees, and it feels really refreshing. And the best part about this beach is, it has NO entrance fee!
Emmare Beach Resort offers a home on the beach with a wide swimming pool and overnight accommodations that are affordable and comfortable. It is located just few meters away from the famous Guiwanon Cold Spring

If you’re imagining that nostalgic weekend getaway trip, you don’t want to miss passing through the “Batanes feels” land area at Brgy. Caduawan in Tabogon.
There is no specific name for this attraction as it is just a vast land area in Brgy. Caduawan, Tabogon. It is also worth noting that this is a good spot for stargazing or witnessing the milky way. No entrance fee or tent charge for now since this is a public area.
This place is perfect if you just want to experience a laidback and cozy weekend trip. Watching the sunset from their open swimming pools makes you think you’re in San Junipero from that Black Mirror episode.

Stepping into Anjo World Theme Park is like drinking a whole bottle of energy drink in one go.
It makes you giddy, hyped, nervous and a little bit crazy. Considering there are 12 rides plus Snow World Cebu that you’re about to try out, I’m thinking it’s very understandable and normal.
Anjo World Theme Park truly is a wonder to behold, with its 200-ft high Ferris Wheel, the enormous and sky high rides, everything is massive and full of colors.
What makes it more magical is although
there’s fear and doubts, but the deafening shouts, screams and laughter heard
all over the place is proof enough that everyone is having the time of their
lives.
As the largest theme park in the Visayas.
It certainly didn’t disappoint when it comes to its extreme rides because I’m
telling you they are not for the faint hearted.
Top on the list would be the “Boomerang”
with you being strapped on a circle and you’d be swinging and the circle of
course would also be turning, not really a fan.
There’s also the silent killer “Vikings”
because it looks okay but try it and you shall see why everyone saves this for
the last.
They also have the one of a kind 4-seater spinning roller coaster “Pharaoh”, the Tower Drop, and a whole lot more.
Here are some more photos during our visit at Anjo World Theme Park:

Compiling all your job requirements? Opening a bank account? Applying for a loan? Getting your dream car? Whether private or public, most organizations would entail for you to present at least two valid IDs for any transaction.
Either minor or major transaction, one is required to comply and while you’re at it, might as well consider filing or getting all these Philippine VALID IDs enlisted because you’ll never know when you’ll be needing it one day or so.

are outside in the open. It truly is a sight to behold.
This mall is indeed a
favorite among Cebuanos because of its gimmicks during Christmas season. World
of Santa houses miniature houses from the North Pole and of course, the
traditional Christmas tree is there. But the thing that captures our attention
are those cute gigantic Santas.

9. Sto. Niño Church/Magellan’s Cross
It wouldn’t be a trip to
Cebu if you have never visited this historical part of the queen city of the
south. If you can find the perfect angle, a picture here is surely something
else. It is the perfect combination of culture and faith and lights.
Location: Pilgrim’s Center, Osmeña Blvd, Cebu City
10. Cebu IT Park
If USA has NYC then Cebu
has IT Park. This is certainly the part of Cebu that never sleeps and come
Christmas season, this place gets decorated real good that you can just take a
picture almost anywhere here. There are booths on the sidewalks and lights and
merriment everywhere you go.
