There’s no denying that Lambug Beach is a spot in the south that continues to capture the hearts of many with its fine white sand shores and clear waters. Lambug Beach Resort is a budget-friendly accommodation that allows you to experience a memorable weekend stay in this popular beach destination in Badian, Cebu.
Lambug Beach Resort gives its guests comfortable stay in the heart of the top-pick beach in the Badian. Their accommodation has the necessities you’ll need for a sound sleep but don’t expect that it’ll be grand like that of the hotels and expensive beachfront stays. But even so, you can still enjoy your stay here knowing that you will be sleeping to the sound of the waves and will be feeling the pure breeze of the wind straight from the sea.

This resort also offers everyone a direct access to their wide beachfront area. The wide stretch of beach in Lambug is known for its white sand and azure waters. Being able to book a night here guarantees that you’ll have enough space for whatever activity that you can think of. You can go volleyball since the place also allows rental of their volleyball game equipment.
The trees that surround this resort make the place a truly tropical spot in the south. Aside from the abundant refreshing feels, the resort has served as a spot for family get-togethers. You will be immersed to an ambiance filled with laughter and just good vibes.

And yes, don’t forget to put on your swimming suits and trunks and strike a pose. Because the place is blessed with nature’s generosity, you will not have a hard time looking for a place for your pictures.
Setting up a camping tent is a common practice in the area. Instead of booking a room, others prefer spending the night in a tent together with friends. Chilling by the beachside with them and getting into a meaningful conversation, with your favorite ice-cold beer, are just few of the things that make an overnight stay at Lambug Beach Resort meaningful.
Of course, if you wish to just spend the entire night sleeping while listening to the sound of the waves is in your discretion. A swim to the calmer sea early in the morning after a sound sleep is a perfect way to jumpstart your day too.

Cebu is home to many wonderful works of nature, and the municipality of Carmen is no exception. This municipality has a rich history and culture; in fact, before the Sinulog festival was ever a thing in Cebu, Carmen had already a festival of their own similar to that of the Ati-Atihan of Kalibo, Aklan. It was named as the “Ati-Atihan sa Carmen” but the following year, it was renamed as the “Sinulog sa Carmen”.
This municipality truly has many treasures to be discovered by the masses. If you are planning on travelling or staying in Carmen, here are some of the places worth visiting there.

The quarantine period has gone for so long already and honestly, no one can blame anybody for being unproductive. During the pandemic, many have been staying in their homes without work to be done. All that time has turned into waste. As the old saying goes, time is gold, and indeed you can spend your time more wisely by learning something new.
With the previous saying comes another relevant quote, which is knowledge is power. Therefore, if you use your time to acquire knowledge, then you can use that power for gold. It is a simple equation but it works brilliantly.
One topic that is easy to get into and is also easy to practice is programming. After all, coding and programming is done on a computer, and we are surrounded by it almost every day. So, why not start now?
There is no need to worry if you have no experience. This article can guide you to learn in a beginner’s perspective.
Programming needs logic to run effectively. When you are writing code, it is like giving instructions to the computer on what to do. However, those instructions are written through building blocks of codes called functions. When using these functions, you need to apply it logically. You cannot just write onto a computer, “hey, make this ghost move up and down.”
Scratch is one of the best introductions to programming logic there is. It treats code functions as “blocks”. They are just like Legos that, when connected, can do things for you. For example, if you put in a “move 10 steps” block after a “when flag is clicked”, then your icon will move 10 steps when the flag is clicked. It is very easy and simple. There are also Tutorials that you can follow the more advanced you get.
It is also completely free. You can access Scratch through scratch.mit.edu.
When you have developed your programming logic, it is time to choose your specialty. Programming branches out into many fields. Knowing what you want to do is very vital to determine where you want to focus. An example of this is:
If you want to make the display that the user sees (Front-end): Javascript, HTML & CSS
If you want to make the program do what you want it to do (Back-end): Ruby, Python, Javascript, or PHP
If you want to make programs for the phone (Mobile): Swift (iOS) or Java (Android)
If you want to make programs for Windows (Windows): C#
If you want to make programs for the Apple Mac (MacOS): Swift or Objective-C
If you want to make systems (OS): C/C++
If you want to make games (Game development): (C++, Unity and C#)
Once you have found what you want to do, then choosing a language is easy. When you have chosen a language, it is time to proceed to finding a tutorial on how to program with it. This article cannot teach every single language after all, so you can use the internet. If you are familiar with Reddit, the subreddit r/learnprogramming is very useful.
You can find tutorials on your programming language in Tutorialspoint, Free Code Camp, Khan Academy, W3 Schools, and more. Remember, Google is your ally.

The most prominent feature of La Briza Beach Resort is the medium-sized rectangular pool sitting at the middle of the property that displays a deep blue color like the depths of the sea. Charming cottages surround the perimeter of the pool and stand over the lawns inside the resort. Palm trees dot La Briza Beach Resort as well as various ornamental plants that also contribute to the luxurious vibe.
La Briza Beach Resort also provides the guests with a lovely view of the sea. At sundown, the warm, orange tinge of the setting sun is reflected over the pool and the resort transforms into something new. Once the sun has fully set under the horizon, the perimeter of the pool is dimly illuminated with blue lights and the palm trees light up with gentle-colored lights.

When it comes to Cebuano tourism, the town of Borbon seems to be overlooked among other towns. Originally a settlement site that was founded way back in 1693 by a man named Silomogue, it only became a town when Spanish occupants named it after a place in Spain: Bourbon. But some Visayan locals beg to differ that the name was originally derived from the local term “bonbon” which means sand.
Here are the 5 amazing places you must visit while you’re visiting the magnificent town of Borbon.
1. Silmugi River Park
Probably the most famous tourist spot in the town of Borbon, the Silmugi River Park is a picturesque ecotourism park with lots of mangroves. Not only that, various critters can be sighted once you go through the river with a kayak. The river is so popular that during the festival of San Sebastian, the local patron saint, the river is always highlighted.

2. Nonoc Cave
Originally one of the campsites for Japanese soldiers during World War II, the cave is now one of the popular tourist spots in Borbon where spelunking is one of the top activities. Hiring a tour guide while going down the cave is highly advised.
RATES AND OTHER INFORMATION
Entrance Fee: NA
Tour Guide Fee: depends on negotiation, tour guides are available near the cave.

3. Andang’s Beach House
For those who seek a cove-like ambiance by the sea, this newly opened beach house might just be perfect. Andang’s Beach House is available for rent, allowing you to bask in the place exclusively. It is also perfect for intimate occasions such as birthdays and other celebrations, while admiring the view of the sea at night.
BY BUS: From the North Bus Terminal. Look for the one heading to Borbon, and ask the driver to drop you off at Cabalilitan. From there, you can ask the locals for directions.
4. One Casita Borbon Beach Resort
Since Borbon can roughly be translated to “sand”, the Northern Part of Cebu is full of beaches – and this 4-hectare property is a combination of a beach resort and farm attraction. Other fun activities can be done in One Casita Borbon Beach Resort such as scuba diving, snorkeling and sunset cruises.
