They were spurred into action after viral photos of medical frontliners riding bicycles to and from work. Most of these medical personnel hail from neighboring cities/towns and go to work on hospitals in Cebu city.
They have resorted to riding bikes for the bus service in their respective hospitals are either limited or does not conform to their shift schedules.
Under Enhanced Community Quarantine, all public transportation is suspended.
