Summer is finally here! It’s the time of the year people where people head on to Sugbo.ph Facebook Page to look for their next summer adventure. Perhaps you’re one of them, too? We really appreciate this support and we don’t want to fail you. So we will just keep on sharing wonderful finds in the Queen City of the South.
Speaking of great finds, a good friend of mine came across this newly opened resort in Dumanjug, Southern Cebu — it just opened today, April 12. This is the Windy Peak Campsite and Cotcoton Loranisa Farm — giving you a delightful experience of farm, leisure and pilgrimage for an amazing and memorable summer experience.
Their accommodation and cottages are built with materials made of coconut lumber, bamboos, etc. that you will find locally. They were designed to be cooler during the hot days and a bit warmer in cold nights. The cabin, which can accommodate up to 30-40 pax, is attached to the main building on the second floor, where the fresh air and the sound of birds can be enjoyed.
Rates & Other Information
For now, the resort can only accommodate minimum payment of ₱3,000 for day use and ₱5,000 for overnight use, both good for 20pax already. They DO NOT ACCEPT WALK-INS yet. Make sure to have a confirmed booking or reservation first before going to the resort.

How to get there?
Exact location: Barangay Cotcoton, Dumanjug, Cebu. It is within Loranisa Farms, a dragonfruit farm, along the same road leading to Cotcoton Elementary School. Travel time is 3 hours from the city.
The campsite cannot be navigated on Waze for now. If you’re bringing your own vehicle, just search for Cotcoton Elementary School. From there, you can ask the locals where the Loranisa Farms is exactly located. There’s an ample parking space available in the resort.
If you are commuting, ride a bus from the South Bus Terminal going to Gaisano Dumanjug. Estimated bus fare is ₱95 per person (one-way). Make sure to closely coordinate with the campsite (using the contact number above) so they can properly guide you from a landmark like Gaisano Dumanjug. The campsite is a bit isolated.
