So many questions are raised, especially now that there is a confirmed case of COVID-19 in Cebu. Well, no need to panic.

CebuDoc has set up a 24-hour hotline and online help dedicated for COVID-19 inquiries. Their official Facebook page will be co-managed by a Healthcare Worker (HCW) who will reply to your chat messages, while the Hotline will be manned by Healthcare Workers too with the supervision of a Resident Doctor and Consultant on Duty.
You will also be briefed on privacy rights and consents, disclosed some necessary information and then be given instructions by HCW based on recommendations of the resident doctor or consultant on duty.
