HOW TO GET THERE?

Exact Location: Sumilon Island, Oslob, Southern Cebu, Philippines

  • BY COMMUTE: From the South Bus Terminal, take a Ceres bus heading to “Bluewater Sumilon Island Resort”. All buses bound for Oslob operate 24/7. Inform the driver to drop you off at the main Whale Shark activity site or to the resort you’re heading to.
  • BY CAR: Navigate via Waze or Google Maps and set your destination to “Bluewater Sumilon Island Resort”.

There are several dive sites around Sumilon Island that boast different underwater views, coral reefs, and sea creatures. You can book an entire diving tour where the organizer will take you to the spots for the entire day to snorkel, scuba dive, and even freedive.

Trekking at Tumalog Falls

Although not necessarily in Sumilon Island, this breathtaking waterfalls should always be a part of your bucket list every time you hit Oslob, Cebu.
