The countdown for the much anticipated Sinulog is here! As the day draws nearer, the list of AweSM events to enjoy during the celebration have also come flooding.

The biggest mall in Cebu surely didn’t disappoint in coming up and organizing events to make sure that you wouldn’t even have to move from one place to the other to experience different events on Sinulog.

Here’s a list that will guide you on the what’s, where’s, and when’s of these AweSM Sinulog events happening at SM Seaside City Cebu.

January 16: Miss Universe 2019 National Costume Display

The costume that made every Filipino proud has come home. See for yourself this magnificent creation of Cary Santiago that won the National Costume Competition during the recent Miss Universe 2019. Worn by our very own Cebuana queen, Ms. Gazini Ganados.

January 11-20: Sihag Watercolor Society Exhibit

Be in awe as the TOP 50 Finalists of the 1st National Watercolor Competition of Sihag Cebu Watercolor Society are unveiled. These #AweSM masterpieces will make you appreciate art and will surely give you the feels.

 January 16-19: AweSM Cebu Expo

A gathering of the best-tasting lechon from different cities all over Cebu is happening. This one I think is something truly worth the travel for. The Grand Lechon Festival will be a treat of a lifetime.

January 17: Missing Filemon 

The legends are back! Watch and jam to Missing Filemon and reminisce their hit Bisrock songs Sine-Sine, Inglesera, Prinsipal, and more — LIVE at SM Seaside!

January 18: Lechon Culinary Competition

 The debate for who has the best-tasting lechon in Cebu have been going on for years. Bringing that to a test, you can now showcase your culinary skills and join the cooking contest for the best innovative Lechon dish. Exciting prizes await for the winners!

 January 19: Powerspoonz 

As a local band that has won SMB Battle of the Bands 2000, expect to head bang to the powerful  music of Powerspoonz as a countdown to the Seaside Pyromagic and Drone Light Show.

• Where: The Sky Park, Amphitheater 1

January 19: Seaside Pyromagic and Drone Light Show 

Cebu’s first ever 100 drone light show. And if you don’t know what I’m talking about, it’s a hundred drones dancing in the sky. The spectacular Drone Show will be accompanied by a Grand Fireworks display only at SM Seaside. An open bar promo at the Seaside Saloon is also readily available, so let’s get the party started!
