Try to think positively. Remember that you can learn and grow. Every problem or challenge is a chance to improve and become a better version of you. Happiness is something you can find in many different ways. Instead of thinking you can’t be happy, look for things that bring you joy and satisfaction. According to Marie Kondo, you should ask yourself, “Does this bring joy?,” and if not, then opt for other options or ways that’ll improve your mood and bring you joy each day. For instance, if your boring old breakfast of eggs no longer satisfies your palate, then go out and find a meal that you’re excited about.
