BOARDING GUIDELINES
- Make sure to have physical tickets on-hand and a valid ID to present upon boarding. E-Tickets must be printed. A copy of the birth certificate of minors must be provided.
- List of acceptable valid IDs:
- Government issued IDs (SSS, GSIS, Voter’s, Postal, Driver’s License, PRC, etc).
- OSCA ID (This is required for the senior citizen discount).
- Company ID or Student ID (must have a signature/stamp for the current school term)
- List of acceptable valid IDs:
- Pregnant and/or passengers must present a valid medical certificate dated at least 5 days before departure and a signed waiver stating the passenger’s fitness for sea travel.
- Expired tickets will not be refunded.
CARGO GUIDELINES
- A printed copy of the ticket/voucher must be secured and presented.
- A photocopy of the vehicle’s OR/CR should be available for verification purposes.
- Settle port fees before entering the pier for inspection:
- Vehicle with Driver: RoRo Terminal Fee
- Vehicle without Driver: Wharfage Fee (payment due to the origin port authority and another payment due to the destination port authority
Note: Vehicles without drivers may incur an additional “Handling Fee” upon claiming at the destination port. Please make sure to prepare all necessary documents upon claiming.
PRE-LOADING / INSPECTION
Cut-off period must be followed as slots will be released for those not available after the cut-off time.
