Introducing, The Barracks at Carbon Market. The Barracks had its soft launch on May 1, 2023 and its grand opening on May 12, the night of Gabii sa Kabilin. Ever since, people have been flocking and talking about the place and for good reason.
At The Barracks, you will be greeted by tons of food stalls. Feast your eyes with different food dishes and meals your inner foodie would love. The Barracks opens at 10 AM but if you want to get a livelier experience, head over there at night.
Barbecue, street food, and different drinks, they are all available at Cebu’s new Hawker center. There are even shops selling weaved baskets and bags.
