According to PCSO’s general manager, Mel Robles discloses details regarding the big news saying that it was inspired from the famous Powerball in USA, which is their country’s version of a lottery game made come to life by 45 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
