On to the stars of the show— Mimoy’s grilled foods!

What is it that Filipinos love? It’s grilled food, of course. At Mimoy’s, you can indulge in different dishes that are grilled to perfection.

Here are the dishes you MUST try at Mimoy’s Grill

Pork Belly with Rice and Pork Tenderloin on a Stick

You can never go wrong with pork belly, Mimoy’s Grill serves one of the best ones. The pork belly is soft, tender, and there is a perfect balance of both fat and meat. It has a delicious and smokey flavor and is best paired with Rice.

Next up is their Pork Tenderloin. Let us tell you, the pork tenderloin was one of the most tender barbecue food that we tried. It was slathered in a sauce with just the right amount of sweetness.

Chicken Thigh with Rice

If you’re not a fan of pork, they also have Chicken thighs paired with rice. Like the pork, the chicken is tender and has a smokey barbecue flavor. It’s moist and not dry at all. You can dip it in traditional soy sauce and calamansi with chili.

Beef Bulalo

Beat the cold with Mimoy’s Beef Ribs Bulalo. The soup is hearty and perfect for a chilly night. The beef was incredibly tender and soaked a lot of flavor from the soup.

Tuna Panga

The Tuna Panga at Mimoy’s Grill is definitely a SugboPH favorite. It was packed with flavor, and the panga they used was incredibly fresh. The meat was soft, almost like it melts in your mouth.

Eat it with a bit of soy sauce, calamansi, and chili, and it becomes an explosion of amazing flavors.

You can try other dishes such as their Beef Ribs imported from Australia and Premium Chorizo de Cebu. You can also pair the dishes with drinks of your choice, from soft drinks to beers.

At Mimoy’s Grill, consistency is key. They make sure that the flavors are consistent through thorough quality control. The resto wants to elevate customers’ dining experience through good food and a great view.
