Adorned with beautiful bright lights, and festive Christmas decorations, the Fuente Circle is an even more holiday-spirited location for families and Cebuanos. The annual Christmas tree lighting of M Lhuillier has been a tradition since the year 2000, and this year marks the 23rd year of the celebration.
