HOW TO GET THERE?
Exact location: Poblacion, Boljoon, Southern Cebu (after Lusapon Bridge, left side)
Palanas By The Sea is 119 km south of Cebu City. There many ways of getting to the place.
Take an aircon or non-aircon bus at the Cebu South Terminal in Cebu City and stop at the town proper of Boljoon. You will pass by nine municipalities (Talisay, Minglanilla, San Fernando, Naga, Carcar, Sibonga, Argao, Dalaguete, and Alcoy) before reaching Boljoon. Tell the driver or konduktor to drop you off after the Lusapon Bridge (a little farther from Boljoon Central Elementary School). The resort is on the left side.
You can also drive your own vehicle to the resort. For directions, you can use Waze or Google Maps and just search for Lusapon Bridge, Boljoon. The resort is just after that bridge, and is on the left side.

Hi there, your resort is one of the venue we are to consider for our annual family reunion held every Jannuary 1-2. Of course we also have to plan the budget for this event. We are around 58 pax (51 adult, 2 (age 5-10) & 5 age (0-4)). We will be in by January 1 at 12 noon and out by January 2 at 12 noon also. We will bring foods and drinks for our lunch on January 1 and cook our food for the rest of our meals until January 2. My question are: 1. what are the cottages you can offer to us and how much? 2. Can we use the kitchen for free? or if not how much is you fee? 3. Do you have kitchen utensils? How much is the reservation fee and when can we make such deposit and where?

HI… Ram am from Boljoon, We were there last November 2016, there was no swimming pool yet? as compared to your pictures. Will the full amenities be ready by August 2017? I am planning to hold our 45th Grand Reunion of CIT HS Batch 72. We’re about 50-80pax & some comes from outside Pinas…balikbayan. How many rooms are there for d 12pax wd kitchen? so we can bring in food to cook? I am d overall coordinator of ds event. We plan to have an overnite stay @Palanas by the Sea on Aug 19-20, 2017.

Just called Palanas’ booking office in Lahug (tel no 032 5205641) and spoke to Ms. Charyl who was very patient in answering my questions. Here’s what I gathered from her: At the moment, resto is not yet fully operational but kitchen can prepare meals that are ordered hours in advance. Guests can do barbecue and bring food and water; alcoholic beverages fetch a P1,000 corkage fee. Infinity pools are of salt water. Room rates include the entrance fees and on ‘room only’ basis. A 4-pax room is priced at P4,000 and not P3,500 as initially indicated. Hope this info helps. Cheers!

I think that should be fine. But normal check-in is at 2PM. Just negotiate with the resort.

Hi I have a question , do they have cottages when you avail of the day use at the Palanas by the Sea? How about if you avail of the overnight stay, do you have to pay for the room room rates and the entrance fee rates as well? or the room rates are already inclusive of the entrance fee?
No cottages but they have tables and big gazebo for day use. First come, first served.
As for your second question, if you have booked a room, that already includes the entrance fees based on the room package.

Hi, Kriska. I think the resort got an overwhelming response after we featured them on our page and blog. They are currently having a difficult time to accommodate all inquiries.
As far as I know, they are almost fully booked this month of April. Just try to be more patient in contacting them again.
