According to Rafael Fernandez de Mesa, the head of Aboitiz InfraCapital economic estates and president of LIMA Land Inc, the brand has been one of the foreign investors that recognized the potential of the Philippine market.

The LIMA Estate aims to be an attractive location for both local and international brands that operate within the beverage and food industry. It is indeed a perfect place for Aice Brand Ice Cream Plant. The international development zone is equipped with the latest technology and facility to house big companies from all over the country and the globe. The said factory will be a 49,070 square meter facility that is nestled within the 150-hectare industrial expansion plans of LIMA Estate, located in Lipa-Malvar, Batangas industrial corridor. Reports said that it will be operational by the 4th quarter of 2023. With cutting-edge technology, it can supply the growing demand of the Aice ice cream products in the Philippine market. Aside from this, there is great news for everyone. This business expansion plan will create more than 2,000 jobs for the residents in the province and nearby areas.
