Officially opened in July 14 this year, the newly opened mountain café offers a refreshing dining experience that you normally won’t find in the city. Their stylish interior, incredible view, and delightful food have made its name known among hungry Cebuanos.

Within just one month of their grand opening, their official Facebook page has amassed 4,700 likes and 5,000 followers – a testament to their quality of food and service.

Located in the mountains of Ipil-Ipil, Babag 2, Outback Servo serves up divine dishes inspired by Australian brunches and Filipino breakfasts. Their unique spice is the mountain view that you can savor with any meal or snack!

Of course, that doesn’t mean that their dishes aren’t already delicious. Your tastebuds will be in for a treat with their upgraded takes on favorites such as:

Scrambled Avocado Toast: the savory tastes elevated with feta cheese, tomato salsa and pistachio;

Croffles: a croissant and waffle mix with flaky layers beneath a crispy exterior topped with sumptuous vanilla ice cream; and

Servo Corn Ribs: ribs of corn cooked and glazed in their own special toppings. It is unique, but definitely stands out. You simply have to try it!

While the food will have you licking your lips, the coffeeshop design will have you sighing with contentment. Their choice of modern designs built with rustic components and colors makes an absolutely easygoing atmosphere.

Outback Servo is family-owned, and their dream is to create an ambiance to connect, an atmosphere to regenerate one’s mind away from ones’ norm. The idea of opening this café is to serve customers with Aussie brunch selections with the comforts of Filipino breakfasts all served with your favorite coffee.
