The three highly urbanized cities of Cebu — Cebu City, Mandaue City, and Lapu-Lapu City — agreed to create a uniform number coding scheme to regulate the number of vehicles in the city streets and public roads.

For your easy reference, we have summarized the vehicle coding scheme of these cities.

NOTE: Numbers below refer to the last number of the vehicle’s plate number.
