Good news for those who missed shopping and wanted to score good deals!
In case you missed it, Mayor Edgar Labella has allowed shopping malls in Cebu City to reopen under modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ) given that health and safety protocols mandated by the IATF are in place in every store mall-wide.
SM City Cebu (Official) announced on its Facebook Page that Forever 21 has reopened today, July 23, and is currently offering exciting promos and huge discounts on select items.

When visiting the store, make sure to take note of the following:
- Quarantine pass is required to enter the mall.
- Must wear a face mask at all times.
- Observe physical distancing.
Also don’t forget to wash your hands frequently and disinfect thoroughly as soon as you get home.
