Last week, PAGASA recorded the coldest day in Metro Cebu, dropping to 22 degrees Celsius. They also said that Cebu’s temperature in the coming days ranges from 23 degrees Celsius to 29 degrees Celsius.
In lieu with this, you can break out your sweaters and visit some spots in the Metro to enjoy the cold weather even more.
