On Sunday, the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board – Region 7 (LTFRB-7) has announced the 10 buses will start plying the streets of Cebu City under modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ) starting Monday, July 20.
Each bus is only allowed to accommodate 20 persons at a time.
