‘Top of Cebu’, a stunning Mountain-Top Restaurant in Busay

DINE & UNWIND! Experience fun and sumptuous dining over a spectacular view of Cebu City.

With Metro Cebu’s apparent economic boom with its unstoppable growing number of skyscrapers, it would definitely be an amazing experience to witness a panoramic view of the city’s undeniably beautiful skyline. Opened just last August 2017, Tops of Cebu is the newest mountain-top restaurant in Busay that offers not just delectable dishes, but also an incredible experience to be on top of Cebu.

Daytime or nighttime, Top of Cebu can still give you an unforgettable dining experience. It will depend on your preference, though.

During the day, you will get a crystal clear panoramic view of the city while enjoying the foggy weather at the top.

But it gets more romantic or intimate at night, especially when you get to witness the majestic view of the city lights and feel the cool breeze.

    Dear Mr. Pages,

Greetings! I am writing to complain about the “bastos” behaviour of your truck driver. The truck plate number is CR 3772.

In the morning of Wednesday, May 15, 2019, around 10 a.m., at the u turn slot under the Ma. Luisa underpass, while waiting for an opening for us to merge to city bound traffic, your driver was INCESSANTLY honking your trucks horn. When I motioned that we are waiting for our turn, your driver has the timirity to motion for us to just move forward. I have seen so many of these “pa-ugat” drivers. Cebu doesn’t need them. The truck he was driving, owned by you, with Top of Cebu markings carries the name of your restaurant. Your restaurant does not need a bad representative.

Everybody your bastos driver encounters is a potential customer. Something your driver obviously does not understand much less care.

I hope you place your driver in his proper place.

    Thank you.
