The 12th and the biggest Cebu Goes Colinary of the Hotel, Resort and Restaurant Association of Cebu, Inc. (HRRAC) is still the most anticipated and exciting culinary competition in Visayas with this year’s theme “fruits of the Earth.”
This year, the event will highlight the skills and mastery of the culinary art by professional chefs and aspiring chefs from different hotels, resorts, culinary schools and universities from all over Cebu and neighboring provinces like Bohol, Negros, Dumaguete and Iloilo.
There will be 20 culinary-related competitions including cake decorating, speed cooking and bartending. There will also be table setting and menu setting. The Chocolate Chamber Challenge and The Noodle Challenge are likewise something to look forward. These competitions will be divided into three categories: the professional, culinary school, and student/university category.
The Cebu Goes Culinary 2016 event will be held on July 22-23, 2016 at the Robinsons Galleria Cebu and is expected to attract over 5,000 visitors to sample culinary delights over the 2-day food event.
