A new chapter in luxury urban living unfolds in Cebu as Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI), in partnership with Japan’s NTT Urban Development Asia, unveils The Wave Towers, a high-rise residential development set within the vibrant core of Cebu I.T. Park.
Officially launched this July, this P9.2 billion joint venture is Cebu Landmasters’ international partnership and the bold entry of Japan’s NTT Urban Development Asia (NTT UD Asia) into the Philippine real estate market. Together, they are crafting a residential experience where refined Japanese design sensibility meets Cebu’s lifestyle.
“With The Wave Towers, we’re setting a new standard for Cebu’s urban living, where design meets cultural respect and harmony,” said CLI chairman and CEO Jose Soberano III. “This vision is made possible through our partnership with NTT UD Asia, blending their global design expertise with our local insight to create homes that reflect purpose and lasting value.”
A Master-Planned Landmark
Tower 1, officially named The Wave Towers Nagomi, rises 40 storeys high and houses 709 units across 35 residential floors. It is the first of two towers, with the second reserved for future development. True to its name, “Nagomi” evokes peace, calm, and balance, values that resonate throughout the design, layout, and amenities of the tower.

Located along India Street, residents will live at the crossroads of convenience and prestige. The development is surrounded by key destinations including Ayala Central Bloc, Cebu Country Club, SM City Cebu, and some of the city’s best hospitals and universities. Within walking distance are global BPO offices, open parks, shopping strips, and fine dining, making The Wave Towers a strategic home for professionals, families, and investors.
Thoughtful Amenities, Elevated Living
The Wave Towers offers an impressive array of amenities, thoughtfully distributed between lower and upper floors to create a layered living experience.
