It is now opened! Busay’s very own Amusement Park: the Gaslamp District! An outdoor pitstop for cyclists, tourists, and Cebuanos alike. After all the long trail and roads of Busay, experience the brisk outdoors of Gaslamp District and its unique kiosk has to offer.
The park has a diversity of stalls and food that will cater to your appetite and needs! The overall space of the park is expansive for everyone to move and walk around, you can also rest on one of the park’s benches if you are ever tired.
During its soft opening in early November, many has already flocked towards the new hotspot, enjoying the beautiful site – Gaslamp also had a live performance from talented artist that made the opening: grand!
The place is now and will still soon be bustling with many more business owners to open their own stall, as it is a perfect spot for travelers and passerby to enjoy along the highway experience of Busay.
It’s a breathtaking experience especially when the entire place has a good view of the luscious green nature of Busay, along with its surreal mountainscape and the therapeutic wind blowing.

HOW TO GET THERE?
Exact location: Gaslamp District, Busay, Cebu City — approx. 10-15 minutes away from the main road or JY Square.
BY CAR (Best option): Navigate with Waze or Google Maps and set your destination to “Gaslamp District” in Busay. Parking space is available upon arrival.
BY HABAL-HABAL: Hire a habal-habal driver (motorcycle for hire) near JY Square Mall in Lahug, and inform him to drop you off at Gaslamp District. Estimated fare is ₱50-75 per person (max of 2).
BY TAXI: Hiring a taxi cab is possible but not all drivers may go there too far. Most of them won’t give you a metered reading system – hence, they’ll be offering you an estimated fare in going there. Should be around P150-200 (one-way).
