On Thursday night, the Department of Health Central Visayas (DOH-7) released its official, consolidated data of the COVID-19 cases in the region as of February 11, 2021.
Today, the whole island of Cebu — Cebu City, Lapu-Lapu City, Mandaue City, and the Cebu Province — recorded 292 new confirmed COVID-19 cases, 128 new recoveries, and 1 new death. This brings Cebu’s total confirmed cases to 29,422, while the active cases rose to 4,404 (from 4,241).
Cebu’s recovery rate is now at 80.14%.

– Total confirmed: 14,170 (+170 new)

Lapu-Lapu City
– Total confirmed: 3,254 (+23 new)
– Total recoveries: 2,801 (+91 new)
– Total deaths: 115 (+0 new)
– Active cases: 338
Mandaue City
– Total confirmed: 3,376 (+22 new)
– Total recoveries: 2,706 (+8 new)
– Total deaths: 177 (+1 new)
– Active cases: 493
Cebu Province
– Total confirmed: 8,622 (+77 new)
– Total recoveries: 7,283 (+29 new)
– Total deaths: 437 (+0 new)
– Active cases: 902
