- By Commute: Budget travelers and backpackers can take a Ceres bus bound for Malabuyoc from the Cebu South Bus Terminal. Once you reach Malabuyoc town proper, hire a habal-habal (motorcycle taxi) to take you up to the highlands. The ride is quick but thrilling, with winding roads that unveil sweeping sea-and-mountain views along the way.
