Mactan Cebu International Airport not only produces quality services to passengers but also produces top leaders who help prove that MCIA is one of the best airports in the Philippines.
Ms. Ricia Montejo, Head of International Terminal Operations and Customer Experience, was awarded “Leader of the Future Award during the Airport Honour Awards that took place at the International Airport Summit in London last November 14, 2023. She is the very first to receive such a title.
“This achievement is a testament to Ms. Ricia’s huge contribution to the excellent performance of MCIA, the best airport in the country. Our multi-awarded airport is vital to the promotion of tourism and economic growth, thanks in part to Ms. Ricia’s valuable contributions,” the MCIAA wrote on their Facebook post.
