The ordinance applies to individuals below 18 years old who are found in public places between 10:00 PM and 4:00 AM. It covers those without a valid reason to be outside or those not accompanied by a responsible adult.

How It Will Be Enforced

Barangay Tanods and the Minglanilla Police are tasked to carry out the ordinance. Minors found violating the curfew will be turned over to the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office for proper handling and guidance.
