We decided to put it to the test.
Contrast Therapy: Sauna Meets Ice Bath

Our first session was contrast therapy, a guided 60-minute routine combining heat, cold, and a refreshing Vitamin C shower. The process was simple: after checking in, we received three towels and were guided to the sauna.
What we felt:
- The sauna heat relaxed tight muscles and helped us unwind after a long day of work.
- The cold plunge shocked our system (in a good way), reducing soreness and leaving us energized.
- The Vitamin C shower felt like a mini-refresh, reviving both skin and senses.

Why it works: The thermal contrast improves circulation, reduces inflammation, and boosts recovery, a must for athletes, runners, or anyone who pushes their body regularly.
Compression Boots: Quick Leg Relief

Next, we tried the compression boots. Reclining in zero-gravity chairs, our legs were gently massaged by professional-grade boots for 30 minutes.
The effect:
- Immediate relief from after-work shift soreness
- Reduced the swelling and gave a lighter feeling in the legs
- A surprisingly relaxing experience, almost meditative

- From IT Park: Take Gov. M. Cuenco Ave toward Archbishop Reyes Ave, then head to Landers.
- Parking is available inside the Taft East Gate.
By Commute:
- From Ayala Center Cebu: Jeep or beep toward Landers/TESDA/IT Park, get off at Landers, walk to Taft East Gate.
- From IT Park: Jeep toward Archbishop Reyes/Ayala, get off at Landers, walk to the building.
