- By Commute: You can ride any PUJ that will pass through the capitol, 14D, 04H, 17D and many more. Then ask the driver to drop you off at Fuente Circle or Cebu Normal University then the library is just a short wa;l from there.
- By Car: If you’re driving, you can use google maps or waze and simply navigate toward Osmeña Blvd and look for the Rizal Memorial Library and Museum Building. There’s limited street parking nearby, so it’s best to arrive early or use nearby paid parking lots.
