- By Car: From Fuente Osmeña Circle, drive towards General Maxilom Avenue. Head straight to Gorordo Avenue, then turn right into Cardinal Rosales Avenue going to Cebu Business Park. Ayala Center Cebu has ample parking spaces.
- By Commute: Ride any jeepney or MyBus heading to Ayala Center Cebu terminal (routes like 14D, 14C, or 13C). If from the south, you can also ride a MyBus from SM Seaside or Talisay going directly to Ayala Terminal.
SM City Branch Location: 3rd floor, Cyberzone, SM City Cebu
- By Car: From Cebu Business Park or Fuente area, take Juan Luna Avenue straight to SM City Cebu. The mall has a large parking building.
- By Commute: Jeepney routes 01K, 21A, 21B, and 22B will take you directly to SM City Cebu. MyBus routes from Mactan Airport, Talisay, and Parkmall also stop at SM City Cebu.
SM Seaside Branch Location: 2nd floor, Seaview Wing, SM Seaside City Cebu
- By Car: From Cebu City proper, take SRP (South Road Properties) going straight to SM Seaside. The mall offers huge open-air and basement parking.
- By Commute: MyBus is the most convenient: take the MyBus route going to SM Seaside from SM City Cebu, Talisay, or Parkmall. Some modern jeepneys (Beep routes) also service SRP and stop near SM Seaside.
Bibo Arcade
A game destination that has branches in two of Cebu’s biggest malls: SM City Cebu and SM Seaside City Cebu. The arcade offers a combination of ticket redemption games, claw machines, classic arcade cabinets and racing simulators. The arcade also has reloadable game cards, the rate usually begins at Php 150.00 which makes it accessible for quick visits or longer play sessions.

PlayFair Arcade
A newest addition to the list! Playfair Arcade is the newest attraction at Tops Cebu where it blends classic arcade fun paired with a gorgeous view of the city. The arcade is located at the Tops Lookout complex in Busay that reopened in February 2024 after their transformation into a 24 hour lifestyle and leisure destination. The newly added arcade offers classic and modern games. Exact Location: Tops Lookout, Busay, Cebu City
- By Car: From Cebu City proper (Fuente Circle), drive up via Lahug along Salinas Drive, then take Busay Road (Cebu Transcentral Highway). Follow the road signs leading to Tops Lookout. The drive involves steep and winding roads so make sure your vehicle is in good condition.
- By Commute: Public commute options are limited going directly to Tops. You can take a taxi or hire a motorcycle (habal-habal) from JY Square Mall in Lahug. Habal-habal drivers frequently offer trips up to Busay and Tops. For groups, you can also rent a private van or join a local tour service that includes Tops Lookout.
