Located in the town of Tuburan in Northwestern Cebu, Bitian Spring is a natural freshwater pool where locals and travelers alike enjoy a refreshing dip. Its crystal-clear waters flow directly from the mountains, making it a perfect spot for cooling off after a long drive. The spring is surrounded by lush greenery, giving it a tranquil, back-to-nature vibe that makes it ideal for family picnics or barkada getaways. Unlike commercial resorts, Bitian Spring offers a simple and laid-back atmosphere, so it remains a beloved local gem.
Nature’s Amenities

The spring has designated swimming areas, and visitors often bring their own food since there are open cottages and picnic spots available for rent at a minimal fee. The place is more rustic, so don’t expect luxury amenities, but that’s part of its natural charm.
Best Time to Visit

The best time to visit Bitian Spring is during the summer months (March to May) when the weather is hot and the spring offers the perfect escape. However, it can get crowded on weekends and holidays, so weekdays are recommended if you want a quieter experience. During the rainy season, the water flow is stronger and colder, so prepare for a refreshing dip!
