How to get there?
Exact location: Brgy. San Roque, Liloan, Cebu — 1 hour away from Cebu City, 15 minutes away from the main road (going uphill).
BY COMMUTE: From SM City Cebu or Ayala Center Cebu, ride any jeepney, bus or v-hire going to Liloan. Drop off at Yati intersection, near Yati Elementary School. From there, ride a habal-habal (motorbike) going to Little Santorini Mountain Resort.
BY CAR: It’s best to navigate with Waze or Google Maps and set your destination to “Little Santorini Mountain Resort, Liloan, Cebu”. Parking space is available.
Very poor services and not giving the right bill “not recommended”
I recently stayed at Little Santorini Mountain Resort – Liloan and had a very disappointing experience with their billing process. Despite multiple attempts to clarify and correct the charges, we were repeatedly given incorrect bills for our orders. Each time we brought this to the staff’s attention, they were either dismissive or slow to respond, leading to a frustrating and time-consuming ordeal.
Not only did this reflect poorly on the hotel’s management and attention to detail, but it also caused unnecessary stress during our stay. The lack of proper billing and the staff’s unhelpful attitude made what should have been a relaxing experience quite the opposite.
I would strongly advise potential guests to double-check their bills and be prepared for potential issues in this area. It’s disappointing that such a basic aspect of hotel service was handled so poorly.”
