Otakus and runners, ASSEMBLE!
The Guild of Runners, one of Cebu’s fastest-growing running communities, is excited to host their Year 1 Run! But this isn’t just any fun run, it’s a unique event where runners and cosplayers come together. Participants will showcase their running skills while dressed as their favorite characters, blending athleticism with creative cosplay.
Team Goku vs Luffy vs Frieren
Upon registration, participating runners will be given a choice to be part of Team Goku, Team Luffy, or Team Frieren.
And for those who don’t know, they’re anime characters who have shaped the anime scene of Cebuanos and Filipinos alike.
Running for Fun & for a Purpose
The Year 1 Run is more than just a fun run for Cebu’s amazing runners and cosplayers; it’s an event with a meaningful impact. Partnering with Cebu Hope Center Inc., the Guild of Runners will donate a portion of each registration fee to support the foundation’s efforts to improve the lives of less fortunate children. So, as you lace up your running shoes and embrace your favorite character, you’ll also be contributing to a cause that makes a real difference. Run for your health, and run for a heartwarming purpose.

- Race Kit Inclusion: Choice of Team Singlet, Racebib with Timing Chip, Finisher’s Medal, and post race snacks. There will also be an additional special Finisher’s Pin for anyone who completes the race within the cut-off time.

HOW TO GET THERE?
Fun Run Venue Location: Robinsons Galleria, Cebu City, Cebu, Philippines
- By Commute: Take the 01K jeepney or any other jeepney routes heading SM City Cebu. Then inform the driver that you’ll be dropping off at the Robinsons Galleria or nearby.
- By Car: Navigate via Waze or Google Maps and pin “Robinsons Galleria” as your destination.
