- By Commute: SM Seaside offers free bus rides going to the mall. So, all you have to do is either head to SM City Cebu or Fuente Osmena Circle where the buses will be picking up the riders. From Metro Colon, you can take the 14D jeepney route going to Fuente, while if you’re at the Plaza Independencia Cebu, you can take the 01K jeepney to go to SM City for the bus terminal.
