Forbes collaborated with the renowned market research firm Statista, conducting a comprehensive survey regarding the insights of over 170,000 employees from 50 different countries. The respondents were tasked with evaluating their employers based on parameters including talent development, remote work options, parental leave benefits, diversity, work-life balance, and pride in the company’s products or services.
San Miguel Corporation, led by President and CEO Ramon S. Ang, demonstrated an impressive ascent in the rankings, highlighting the company’s commitment to employee satisfaction. Ang attributes this success to the company’s emphasis on nation-building, core values such as malasakit, as well as other impactful sustainability initiatives. This recognition affirms that Filipino companies can compete on the global stage, fostering a motivated, dedicated, and fulfilled workforce.
Apart from San Miguel Corporation, seven other Filipino entities secured positions on the list, including SM Investments Corporation, LT Group, Landbank, Alliance Global, Ayala Corporation, Metropolitan Bank and Trust Company (Metrobank), and Security Bank.
