9. Cebu Regal Pension House – ₱400

Cebu Regal Pension House is an older pension house in a relatively quiet area, walking distance to downtown Cebu. Here you can find some of Cebu’s City’s most popular tourist attractions such as Fort San Pedro and Magellan’s Cross.  Regal’s rooms are aging and fairly average. The place is ok for cheap affordable place in Cebu, but nothing really special. If you are looking for cheap accommodation during the Sinulog Festival, Cebu Regal Pension House is in a great location as you can walk to the street parade from here.
