The idea of camping and disconnecting from the comforts of home always gives us a different kind of excitement, especially to outdoor enthusiasts like myself. There are days we fancy about a glamorous staycation. But what happens when glamour and camping meet? It would be awesomely called “glamping” where stunning nature meets modern luxury.

Glamping, a fusion of glamour and camping, is starting to make its name in Cebu. Just recently, we came across this resort in Lambug, Badian, Cebu — near the famous Kawasan Falls/Canyoneering and Basdaku/Lambug white beach. This is the Terra Manna Camping & Beach Resort.

How to get there?

Exact location: Lambug, Badian, Cebu — 3-4 hours drive from Cebu City.

From the South Bus Terminal near Emall, take a bus bound for Badian. Ask the conductor to drop you off in Lambug Badian town proper. The resort is approx. 3 kilometers from Badian town proper (and around 6 kilometers away from Kawasan Falls). From the town proper, ride a motorbike to Terra Manna for P30-40 per person.

You can also drive your own vehicle. There’s a parking space available in the resort. You can navigate via Waze or Google Maps.
