The road to the registration area is paved, although the final stretch is steep, so extra caution is advised when driving.
By Commute: Go to the Cebu South Bus Terminal and board a Ceres bus bound for Oslob, Santander, or Bato via Oslob. Inform the conductor that you are going to Tumalog Falls or the whale shark watching area. Get off at the junction leading to Tumalog Falls, then hire a habal habal to the registration area. From there, you may either walk downhill for about five to ten minutes or take a motorcycle service to the waterfall.
