The café is open to everyone during evening hours, so you don’t need to buy a Cebu Ocean Park admission ticket to visit. The café features a viewing area where guests can watch the resident penguins as they swim, play, and interact inside their habitat while enjoying their meals. The setup gives visitors a close view of the animals without disturbing them, making it a relaxing place to unwind after work or spend an evening with family. Penguin Café welcomes walk-in guests from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Rates and Important Reminder
Guests are required to order a minimum of ₱200 consumable per person to enter the café. This rate is accurate at the time of writing and may change without prior notice. Since the minimum amount is consumable, it can be used toward your food and beverage orders.

How to Get There?
Location: Cebu Ocean Park, SM Seaside Complex, South Road Properties (SRP), Cebu City.
By Car: Penguin Café is located inside Cebu Ocean Park at the South Road Properties (SRP), Cebu City. If you’re coming from Cebu City, drive toward SRP and follow the road leading to SM Seaside City Cebu. Continue past SM Seaside, and you’ll find Cebu Ocean Park beside the Il Corso area. The drive usually takes around 15 to 25 minutes from downtown Cebu, depending on traffic. Parking is available on-site.
By Commute: From Colon, Fuente, or other parts of Cebu City, ride a jeepney or modern jeep heading to SM Seaside City Cebu. From SM Seaside, you can take a short taxi or motorcycle taxi ride to Cebu Ocean Park, or walk if you’re comfortable with the distance. If you’re coming from Mandaue or Lapu-Lapu, taking a bus or jeep to SM Seaside before transferring to a taxi or motorcycle taxi is the most convenient option.
