How to Get There?

Location: Barangay Kantabogon, Aloguinsan, Cebu, Philippines

By Car: From Cebu City, drive via the Cebu South Coastal Road or N. Bacalso Avenue heading toward Toledo City. From Toledo, take the Toledo–Aloguinsan road and continue driving until you reach Aloguinsan town proper.

From the town center, follow road signs or GPS navigation to Brgy. Kantabogon. The final stretch going down to Hermit’s Cove is steep and narrow, so drive carefully or park at designated areas and take a local ride down.

By Commute: From the Cebu South Bus Terminal, ride a bus bound for Toledo City, Pinamungajan, or Aloguinsan. Travel time is around 2 to 3 hours depending on traffic and stops.

Once you reach Toledo City, you may:

• Transfer to a bus or van going to Aloguinsan town proper (around 30–45 minutes), or

• Directly ride a bus that passes through Aloguinsan if available (ask conductor before boarding)

From Aloguinsan town proper, take a habal-habal (motorcycle taxi) going to Brgy. Kantabogon where Hermit’s Cove is located. The ride takes around 15 to 25 minutes, and the road includes a downhill coastal route leading directly to the cove entrance.
