Who qualifies for the waiver

• Hold a valid residence permit from the United States, any European Union member, or Schengen Area country
• Hold a valid residence permit from Middle Eastern countries, including the UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, or Oman
• Present the residence permit as a physical card or passport sticker
• Ensure the permit includes key information in Latin characters, such as name, nationality, birthdate, and validity period
• Have a residence permit that remains valid throughout the stay in Armenia
Border authorities will check and verify all documents before granting entry.
Temporary exemption period
The visa-free privilege applies from January 1 to July 1, 2026, with the following details:
• Eligible Filipinos can stay in Armenia for up to 180 days
• Travelers not meeting the exemption can apply for an electronic visa online
• E-visas are available for 21-day visits at $8 (approx. ₱464)
• E-visas for 120-day visits cost $38 (approx. ₱2,202)
• Online e-visa processing usually takes up to three working days
